Even better, Dr. Wayne Wehling will be walking you thru the whole process as part of the course!
You "must be verified by a USDA service center before you can take this course", which can take a week or two. Find your local USDA Service Center. You will need to
apply for a level 2 account.

When you finish this free course, you will have your permit applications turned in and you will be simply waiting for approval.
By the time spring arrives, your permits should be approved and you'll be ready to ship butterflies!
Wayne will answer any questions you may have about permits during this course.
